Certified SUPVETS Veteran Owned Business

Vacuum Villa has been the premier source for new vacuums in northern Utah since 1949, starting with Don Gidley, a former WW ll machinist mate. From 1949 to 1956. Don served the Ogden area from a small shop on 40th Street. His passion for technology and great customer service prompted the construction of a larger showroom in 1965.

After Don's passing in 1968, his wife, Aud, carried on the business, managing the same Washington Blvd store that continues to serve northern Utah today. In the male-dominated business world of the 70's, 80's and 90's, Aud Gidley created a successful business respected throughout the industry and community. She retired in 2003 (at the age of 80), and passed away June 2017 (age 94) having created an independent vacuum store that is iconic in the intermountain west.

Vacuum Villa is still a family owned store, operated by Aud's youngest daughter, Audra and her husband, Keith, who continue to offer the finest quality vacuum cleaner and central vacuum products and services in their Heber City locations.

Keith, a former commercial electrician, personally still visits every central vacuum installation, doing much of the work himself. He also makes sure every homeowner is properly trained on the use and care of their new built-in vacuum system.

At Vacuum Villa, we believe you shouldn't have to buy a new vacuum every two years. That's why we go the extra mile to provide you with affordable, quality machines from MD Central Vacuum that are more durable and effective than those typically found at big box stores.
