Quality without compromise
We take great pride in our food. We buy quality so you get quality. It might cost a little more, bu you’re worth it. Look for center cut, hardwood smoked bacon, whole hog sausage, choice beef, homemade desserts, and center cut pork chops. You’ll notice (and love) the difference. As we are a scratch kitchen, all of our food is prepared on a line with multiple products. Please notify a manager of any food allergies, and we will do our best to accomodate you, however we cannot guarantee exclusive preparation of products.
Take good care of the customer and the people who serve them
We’re proud of our team, many who have been here over 10 years. Chase’s Diner opened in 1997. Skip’s sister Becky has been here since day one, and so has Andre. Andre is our main man, the guy who has our back. He thinks he’s family, and we’ve never told him otherwise. Our daughters Jen & Jaime, and Chane (Andre’s daughter) along with Kelsey and Sophia complete our management team. Our son Matt has grown up working here. Suzie, Taylor, Kelley, Elvia, and Martin have all been here for years. We’re even breaking the multiple generation mark with Suzie’s son Ashton choosing Chase’s for his first job!
The whole crew is here to make your visit special, and if it’s not, let us know what we can do to make it right. We want everyone to feel as happy as Frank, Greg, and Larry, our regulars who keep the counter standing! However, if you are like that weird uncle we have, we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
